SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at TRENDS COLLECTION. We aim to deliver your favorite ethnic wear as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 may apply based on the delivery location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and logistics partner name. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most PIN codes in India. A small convenience fee may be added to COD orders at checkout.

6. Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we plan to launch international shipping soon!
