RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At TRENDS COLLECTION, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of order delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice/bill.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return including:
- Customized or tailored outfits.
- Items on clearance sale.
- Lingerie and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Damaged items due to user mishandling.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at trends.asr11@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Provide images of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability in your PIN code) or request you to self-ship.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or Platform credit.
- Processing time is 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
