RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TRENDS COLLECTION, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of order delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice/bill.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return including:

  • Customized or tailored outfits.
  • Items on clearance sale.
  • Lingerie and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Damaged items due to user mishandling.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at trends.asr11@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Provide images of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability in your PIN code) or request you to self-ship.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or Platform credit.
  • Processing time is 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
